We will stop the water from getting in. It is important to get leaks under control as soon as you notice them, so they do not lead to more extensive damage.
Our technician will explain the problem, provide you with an estimate for repairs, and schedule a time to complete the repairs!
Cost for repairs; Minimum charge is $280.00 That figure includes a $100.00 trip charge two-person crew with tools for one hour on-site. That hour stops 90% of leaks. If more time is needed, the rate is $180.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments. Materials are extra and typically total $10.00-$40.00
Repair totals will be credited towards your new roof when you are ready to have us replace it.
